My experience with 31 computing was entirely positive. Unlike other companies we reached out to, their priority was to understand our business first, so they could intimately recognize what our needs would be and how best to implement our ideas. Every feature was discussed and reviewed for optimization. Once the design phase was finished, there was transparency and reporting on all finished and unfinished tasks and updates on our timeline. Everything was completely organized and planned. Implementation was a breeze because our staff got first-hand knowledge on how to use this system not just from our internal team, but also from Jason, our developer at 31 computing! He did a great job all around. You hear a lot of horror stories about design and implementation of new software systems, but 31 Computing broke that mold.
